Why am I getting a 103 error code when searching the library?

This does not happen very often and we apologies for the inconvencice, but when it does there are a few things we recommend you try:

Try accessing the library search through another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.)
Try Browsing in private using incognito mode in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox
Try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser (changing the date range to at least 7 days)

This issue occurs when EBSCO cannot validate your login credentials. It returns an error screen instead of allowing direct access to a particular title from the library’s collection. Some virus protection software can block the EBSCO URLs and not allow access to the materials.
