Why am I getting a 103 error code when searching the library?

This does not happen very often and we apologies for the inconvencice, but when it does there are a few things we recommend you try:
- Try accessing the library search through another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.)
- Try Browsing in private using incognito mode in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox
- Try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser (changing the date range to at least 7 days)

This issue occurs when EBSCO cannot validate your login credentials. It returns an error screen instead of allowing direct access to a particular title from the library’s collection. Some virus protection software can block the EBSCO URLs and not allow access to the materials.
