To unlock an Account which has had a wrong password entered too many times you should:

1. Go to ATU Password Control
2. Follow the prompts and enter your ATU Credentials.
3. You will be given a choice of sending a code to a recovery Email or Test(SMS), Choose one of the options which you please
4. Enter the code sent to your phone or follow the link on your email to reset your password 

 Note* The minimum length of your password must be 12 characters, using a combination of upper and lower case letters.
